I COULD GET USED TO THIS - LIVE AT VIBRATO

This reimagined Wes Montgomery song "Bumpin" with lyrics by Mark Winkler and Shelley Nyman was a song that resonated with me the first time I heard it at Mark Winkler's show. When we did our show at Herb Alpert's Vibrato February 2024 it was one of my "favorite" picks on our song list. And as it turns out - it was an audience favorite, too! Smooth, and evocative - with Music Director Steve Rawlins on Piano, emotive guitar solo by Dori Amarilio, a sexy Sax solo by Brian Scanlon, Gordon Peeke on Drums, and Jennifer Leitham on Bass - it was a very special night.

I CANT MAKE YOU LOVE ME - LIVE AT VIBRATO

This is one of Marsha's most requested songs... by Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin. The blend of voices with Marsha and Stephan Oberhoff shine in this recording. You can also find this on Marsha's debut studio Album, "It's Time" and is available on Amazon, iTunes.

HALLELUJAH I JUST LOVE HIM SO - LIVE AT VIBRATO

I have always loved this song by Ray Charles and was so happy to add it to my set list for my latest show at Herb Alpert's Vibrato Grill & Jazz. It is so poignant and perfect for today when we all need a little "Ray" to lift our spirits!

The guys in my band rocked it with solos by Steve Rawlins on Piano, Dori Amarilio on Guitar, Brian Scanlon on Sax, Rocky Davis on Keyboards - and superb Jennifer Leitham on Bass and Gordon Peeke on Drums.

THE PRAYER (Marsha Bartenetti And Gino Gaudio) - LIVE AT VIBRATO

What an absolute gift to have my friend Gino Gaudio join me on stage for this duet! We have been trying to do a song together since we first met through the Italian American community and I heard Gino sing. Finally the stars aligned and all the elements; the gorgeous venue at Vibrato, my stellar band, our attentive audience, and the beautiful song itself, came together.

Dust In The Wind - Marsha Bartenetti
Original By Kansas

Marsha Bartenetti sings "Dust In The Wind" from her single of the same title Dust In The Wind. "I’m so pleased to share this cover of “Dust in the Wind” with you! An interview with its writer, Kerry Livgren, in 1992, described the story behind this song. He was reading a book on Native American poetry – and one of the poems said, “for all we are is dust in the wind.” The first time I heard the melody and lyric of this song it haunted me, as well. When I read of the song’s origin, I smiled, knowingly. In fact, throughout my life I have resonated and been touched by its power and connection with all things. Let life flow through you, knowing how time passes and energy transforms. Be present to each moment and its value. And feel the freeing nature this expansion brings. Life is timeless. This song is timeless. We hope you will find it resonates with your heart and experience. And we thank Kery Livgren and Kansas for birthing this insightful gift of a song.

Comin' Back to Me - by Marsha Bartenetti!

"Comin' Back to Me " was written by Marty Balin of the Jefferson Airplane in 1967 -Marty was one of my favorite balladeers and from the time I heard this song it has haunted me. In a 2018 interview with Shindig magazine, Marty Balin said that he wrote this song after smoking a joint with Paul Butterfield. "I was in my room and I tell you, I couldn't find my legs," Balin said of that smoke session. "I got up and went to the guitar. Bam! In five minutes the song came out."

I can't tell you how happy I am to have brought this song to life again - with the help of my true agents of magic - First to Marty Balin, who wrote it, then to Stephan, Donny, and all the players who worked on it - Every one of them brought their heart and soul into the production.
