I have always loved this song by Ray Charles and was so happy to add it to my set list for my latest show at Herb Alpert's Vibrato Grill & Jazz. It is so poignant and perfect for today when we all need a little "Ray" to lift our spirits!

The guys in my band rocked it with solos by Steve Rawlins on Piano, Dori Amarilio on Guitar, Brian Scanlon on Sax, Rocky Davis on Keyboards - and superb Jennifer Leitham on Bass and Gordon Peeke on Drums.

We have been trying to do a song together since we first met through the Italian American community and I heard Gino sing.
